In recent years, Bayer HealthCare Co Ltd Beijing Plant, situated within the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) underwent expansion.
To ensure that the project could commence and operate as scheduled, the factory communicated its difficulties and requirements during the approval process to the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau.
The bureau responded promptly, providing "one-on-one" professional guidance and patient support, from processing project approvals to assisting with tax reductions, and finally, conducting joint inspections.
All project milestones were met as planned. Now, as the project nears completion, the rapid approval process, unique to the BDA, has accelerated the factory's production. This has garnered praise from Bayer HealthCare's project leaders and headquarters.
"We extend our heartfelt thanks to the BDA for their unwavering support. Among all of Bayer's global projects, our construction project here is the only one that remained unaffected by the pandemic, thanks to the government's assistance. The seamless progress, backed by remarkably efficient approval services, has pleasantly surprised our headquarters. It deepens our affection for China and the BDA. We are immensely grateful…" expressed Günter Wehrle, head of Investment Project Department at Bayer Beijing Plant.
"As one of the earliest foreign-funded enterprises to enter the area, Bayer HealthCare is an important contributor to the economic and social development of the BDA. We have been integral witnesses to Bayer's journey of growth and expansion. Our guiding principle has always been 'an investor's success is prosperity for the BDA.' It is our duty to serve companies well and continuously improve their satisfaction," said the head of the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau.
The bureau has implemented a full-service system for industrial projects.
When a company's project intentions mature, approval personnel proactively engage in the approval process, reconfiguring the workflow based on project specifics and devising personalized process plans. Upon finalizing the project plan, approval personnel offer detailed explanations to the company regarding key tasks, important milestones, and considerations, all while optimizing the process further to align with the company's requirements.

Numerous initiatives have been expedited, resulting in the continuous enhancement of approval efficiency.
The commendation plaques, along with the heartfelt gratitude from corporate stakeholders, demonstrate the BDA's unwavering dedication to service.
