The "two zones" refer to the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which have become new engines to drive the city's high-quality development.
The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) has elevated the "two zones" service windows into a comprehensive "two zones" service center. This integration includes three foreign investment and foreign trade approval processes. Furthermore, specialized services have been introduced, offering a "one-stop" solution for quality infrastructure, a "dual carbon" accelerator, dedicated RCEP services, foreign-related legal services, and support for permanent residency matters in China.
Companies within the zone, like SMC, the first domestically approved exporter under RCEP, and NAURA, an enterprise with advanced AEO certification, enjoy several facilitative measures across three key dimensions: streamlined customs procedures, domestic preferential treatment, and international recognition.
Leveraging significant conferences and exhibitions like the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the Zhongguancun Forum, the Financial Street Forum, and the World Robot Conference, the aim is to introduce technology services, business services, and intelligent equipment projects, while also highlighting the region's opening-up policies, institutional innovations, and overall industrial environment.
