The Beijing E-Town Enterprise Service Ports (EESP) of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA, or Beijing E-Town) are of crucial help for parks and tenant companies. 

Through these service ports, businesses not only voice their concerns but also actively partake in various party-building events, while seeking specialized guidance to tackle development challenges.

Since its establishment in April 2019, the EESP have collected a total of 5,385 company issues after surveying over 49,000 businesses and managed to solve 99.9 percent of them.

This June, a company raised a request, seeking assistance from the service center in connecting with more enterprises in the BDA.

The Yongkang service port then tailored an open day for the company, where more than 10 upstream and downstream enterprises from Yizhuang new town gathered. Within a week, the company reached preliminary cooperation with eight of the participating enterprises, resulting in an approximate contract value of $500,000.

In April 2019, Beijing E-Town took a significant step by inaugurating the EESP. According to a spokesperson of Beijing E-Town, "The ports aim to serve enterprises wherever they are. We've efficiently completed the construction of 11 enterprises service ports, aligning with the management of street and town areas.”

 Among the 11 EESP, the Yongkang branch's service covers the southern part of BDA, where 20 parks and over 3,000 enterprises are located. "Taking into account the unique characteristics of businesses and industries in these parks, we've curated five primary sub-brand activities, including the Open Day events," said a representative of the branch port.

These EESP not only work as policy consultants and handle procedures, but also provide a comprehensive range of services, including releasing the latest products, posting financing needs and organizing roadshows.

Each EESP has been set up in parks with a high concentration of enterprises to provide timely services.
