The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) is committed to continually enhancing service efficiency.
Embracing a business-friendly approach, the BDA has established a "one-stop" government service center, where you can get all your administrative work done in a single location and receive all necessary approvals.
The BDA has also made 1,426 items of government service matters available for online processing, an amount that leads in the city.
By utilizing digital services with such features as electronic certificates, digital stamps, electronic records, online publications of required materials and forms, both businesses and the public are now able to submit fewer documents.

The BDA's district-level service hall allows you to obtain information, submit applications, receive approvals, and collect your documents all in one place.
It has also pioneered the establishment of an International Talents Service Center, the first one of its kind in Beijing to receive applications of foreigners and issue work permits and residence permits at one time.

The BDA has launched the Comprehensive Policy Redemption Service Platform, the first in Beijing to have five functions in one: covering the most comprehensive policy information, providing easily understandable policy analysis, handling governmental affairs in one stop, managing the end-to-end process of policy implementation, and offering one-window policy consultation.
At the platform, enterprises are targeted with favorable measures and can enjoy them without pre-application.
The BDA is making cross-border fund flows more convenient by setting up the city's first online approval pilot unit for commercial factoring companies.
Seven banks, including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and the Bank of China (BOC), have been elevated to specialized banks for free trade businesses.
The BDA has initiated Beijing's first online establishment of import letters of credit, first loan for urban renewal projects, and first loan backed by carbon emission quotas, as well as China Construction Bank Beijing Branch's first "cross-border fast loan".
The BDA is supporting the landing of first pilot projects. It has launched the "Guan Yin One Key Pass" project of China Construction Bank (CCB), a unified digital solution for streamlined business operations, and combined the electronic port certificate and online banking certificate into a single security key. This helped the BDA become one of the first e-custom issuance agents.
The service system for the "two zones" -- the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening Up the Service Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone -- has been upgraded.
The "two zones" window has been transformed into a service hall, incorporating three foreign investment and foreign trade approval items. Special service windows have been established for quality infrastructure services, "dual carbon" accelerators, RCEP special services, foreign-related legal services, and permanent residence applications in China.
Companies in the zone, such as SMC, the first approved exporter under the RCEP, and NAURA Technology, an AEO advanced certified company, have benefited from multiple convenience measures and enjoy customs facilitation, domestic preferences, and international recognition.
Leveraging external opening platforms, the BDA actively participates in major conferences and exhibitions like the China International Fair for Trade in Services, the Zhongguancun Forum, the Financial Street Forum, and the World Robot Conference.
The BDA focuses on introducing technology services, business services, and intelligent equipment projects, comprehensively showcasing the region's open policies, institutional innovations, achievements in the overall business environment, and industrial landscape.
