The project is undertaken by Jingdong City (Beijing) Digital Technology Co Ltd along with other organizations. The collaborative project introduces the advanced concept of urban computing theory and successfully conquers multiple critical challenges in spatio-temporal data mining.

This effort has led to the development of a smart city operating system equipped with independent intellectual property rights. It is now ready for widespread deployment across the four core aspects of smart cities.

In recognition of its pioneering contributions, this project has been nominated for the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.
