The National Information Technology Application Innovation (ITAI) in Beijing E-Town saw a growth of over 100 percent in the number of newly registered enterprises during this first quarter, with the number of established businesses exceeding 300.
After the completion of renovations in the 14th floor office of Building 6 in the ITAI, a group of new faces arrived.
They were members of the founding team of Beijing Institute of Technology Measurement and Control Technology Co, a new company jointly established by Beijing Institute of Technology and Beijing Tasson Technology Ltd, an enterprise in the ITAI Park.
After learning the need of Tasson for a new factory to expand its production capacity, the management team quickly assisted the company in finding a nearby location. Therefore, when a new company was established, Tasson recommended it to settle in the ITAI Park. The entry process also entered an accelerated mode with the support of E-Town and the park.
"Looking across the entire area, there is a high-quality business environment and high-quality development achievements here; focusing on the park, there is a complete industrial chain and intimate service like a butler. This is one of the important reasons why we chose the ITAI Park for the establishment of our newly established subsidiary," said Lyu Mengfei, general manager of the E-Town Representative Office of Inspur Information.
From initial coordination to registration and landing, market matching, and other full-process services, to the aggregation of public technical service platforms and upstream and downstream industrial chain companies... After settling in the Innovation Park, enterprises achieved rapid development under the all-round services of the park.
Last year, the total industrial output value of Beijing E-Town reached 520 billion yuan ($71,82 billion), and the annual revenue of the core digital economy industry amounted to 530 billion yuan.
By the end of March, more than 300 enterprises landed in the park, gathering over 90 percent of China's leading information technology companies.
