Yin Li, secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, visited Beijing E-Town for an inspection on April 15. He emphasized that E-Town should focus on building a central base for high-tech and cutting-edge industries, and accelerate the construction of a world-class comprehensive industrial city.

E-Town Enterprises Service Port has established a service mechanism of "one-stop coordination, and collaborative solutions." The 11 service ports have collectively addressed more than 6,000 business requests. 

The municipal leaders visited Tongminghu Port at the National Information Technology Application Innovation Park, where they were briefed on the overall work structure of the service port and inspected the operation of the real-time video governance platform.

JD.com was ranked 52nd on the Fortune Global 500 in 2023 and maintained its position as the top company in the China Private Enterprise 500. 

The municipal leaders were briefed on the overall planning and construction of JD's global headquarters, examined the operation of its Asia No. 1 fully automated logistics center through a large screen, and listened to an analysis of the latest consumer trends.

The General Electric Medical Beijing Imaging Equipment Manufacturing Base is the largest medical equipment manufacturing base for GE Healthcare worldwide. The municipal leaders inspected its display of core products and components, and learned about the company's overall production and operations in Beijing.

Yin emphasized the need to lead in creating a first-class business environment. 

He encouraged the integration of policy benefits and their direct application to businesses and projects, and also highlighted the roles of service packages and service concierges in further optimizing enterprise services and removing development obstacles. 

Additionally, Yin suggested promoting the application and construction of the E-Town Comprehensive Bonded Zone to attract more high-quality projects, and stressed the importance of developing an international talent community and improving public service facilities.
