The Ministry of Transport recently announced the second batch of pilot projects for intelligent transportation applications (in automated driving and intelligent construction).
Several companies in Beijing E-Town were selected for multiple pilot projects. The automated driving pilot projects in which each company participates have reached various parts of the country.

As of now, the Ministry of Transport has announced two batches of intelligent transportation pilot projects, with increases in the total number of projects and planned deployment of vehicles.
In the first batch of 18 intelligent transportation pilot projects, there were 14 projects with plans to deploy around 1,500 automated driving vehicles.
In this year's list, the total number of projects has increased to 32, with 18 in the pipeline and over 2,300 automated driving vehicles planned for deployment.
With the development of the industry, the "E-Town force" is gradually penetrating the country, and the projects also show a wide range of application scenarios.
The list shows that Neolix Huitong (Beijing) Technology Co was selected for three projects: "Urban and Rural Drone Transport and Urban Travel and Logistics Service Automated Driving Pilot Application" in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province, "Urban Travel and Logistics Service Automated Driving Pilot Application" of Jiangdong new district in Haikou city, Hainan province, and "Automated Driving Application Pilot" of Qinhan new city in Xixian new district, Shaanxi province.
Beijing Qingzhou Zhihang Intelligent Technology Co was selected for "Urban Travel and Logistics Service Automated Driving Pilot Application" in Pingtan city, Fujian province.
Turnip Transport (Beijing) Technology Co participated in the "Urban Travel and Logistics Service Automated Driving Pilot Application" in Yongchuan city, Chongqing province.
