As a significant base for future projects from the AI track of the HICOOL 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Competition, Tongming Lake Information City in E-Town hosts leading enterprises such as Unicom Digital Technology, Beijing International Computing Power Service and Supercloud. 

This area is continuously generating sparks of innovation in the AI industry.

About 15 kilometers southwest of this location, Beijing's first international talent community covering 1 million square meters is rapidly taking shape.

As the core track among the seven tracks of the HICOOL competition, this year's AI preliminary contest held in E-Town has garnered significant attention. 

It received 1,324 project applications from domestic and international participants, with 440 projects competing on the same stage.

The competition has also seen the emergence of numerous outstanding projects that originated in Beijing E-Town. 

One such project is the "Functional Biomolecule Design Workshop Based on Multi-Scale Deep Learning," led by Beijing Yulu Yuanjing Biotechnology Co. This project has formed a strategic partnership with AstraZeneca (Beijing) and successfully settled in Beijing.

In August 2023, E-Town advanced its talent policy system with the iteration upgrade to the "Ten Talent Policies" 2.0, once again unleashing the potential of this fertile ground for talent. In June, E-Town International Talent Community's Yijia Qilinfu A District has entered the final stage of construction. 

Additionally, E-Town's shared ownership housing project was successfully delivered in April this year, helping over 700 talent families to settle down.

Regarding education, E-Town is accelerating the introduction of quality educational resources, building a comprehensive education system from kindergarten to high school. 

In healthcare, it is continuously improving the regional medical system, providing green channels for medical treatment and physical examination services for talent.
