The 2024 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference (WICV) will be held in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) from Oct 17 to 19.

Themed "Collaborating for Future Smart Mobility: Embracing New Opportunities in Intelligent Connected Vehicle (ICV) Development", the three-day event is designed to promote the automotive industry's transformation and sustain global economic growth through cross-border and cross-sector cooperation.

The conference will bring together government representatives and industry leaders from major car producing nations in the world to foster a broad consensus on ICV development, release the top 10 industry breakthroughs and trends, and showcase cutting-edge technologies and test ride experiences.

In addition, a cross-border, cross-sector communication platform for global political and business leaders will be established during the event to explore the possibilities of ICV in terms of policy, technology and environment, aiming to deepen cooperative partnerships in multiple areas at multiple levels.

WICV 2024 will also promote the exchange of innovative technology, while latest R&D results and application scenarios from leading domestic and international players will be presented. Policy updates and practical experiences will also be exchanged during the event.

Encompassing meetings, exhibitions and supporting activities, WICV 2024 aims to enhance both Beijing E-Town's and China's stature and influence in the global ICV sector.
