A total of 15 cooperation agreements were recently signed at the Embodied AI Industry Trends and Future Development Forum of the 2024 World Robotics Conference.

These agreements signify the collaborations between Beijing Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center and national-level research platforms, top universities, core enterprises in the industry chain, and application scenario companies. They will engage in deep cooperation in areas such as embodied AI and infrastructure, open-source ecosystems and public service platforms, and the implementation of embodied AI robot application scenarios.

As the first domestic innovation platform focusing on core technology, product research and development, and application ecosystem construction of embodied AI robots, Beijing Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center landed in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) in November 2023. The recent agreement on a new group of industrial cooperation once again expands its ecosystem within the embodied intelligent robot industry.

Facing significant gaps in infrastructure and platforms for embodied AI datasets, large models, simulation scenarios, and digital twins, the center will collaborate with iFLY TEK to promote the application of intelligent speech technology in the field of embodied AI robots, enhancing robot interaction capabilities.

Galaxea AI and the center will collaborate in the construction of embodied AI datasets and training grounds; Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and the center will jointly promote robot scenario construction and cooperate in the scene simulation, digital twins, and robot deployment testing in public places; SenseTime and the center will together develop embodied AI large models, datasets, and the industrialization of embodied AI robots…

The collaborations mark a new milestone in the construction of the embodied AI industry ecosystem. In the future, the center will continue to expand the scale of industrial cooperation, integrate industry resources and contribute to the breakthrough and large-scale implementation of embodied AI technology.
