Avimetal, a company in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town), released its latest 3D printing equipment -- the ultra-high forming size metal 3D printing equipment MT800H -- at the Formnext 2024 exhibition in Germany.
The MT800H equipment provides a superior production platform for manufacturing ultra-large parts. Having a volume of 832 × 832 × 1500 mm, it can print components of up to 0.8 meters long, 0.8 meters wide and 1.5 meters high. This fully meets the manufacturing needs of mainstream components in the aerospace, aviation and automotive markets.
The MT800H device offers advantages such as one-click operation and automatic printing. Equipped with Avimetal's self-developed data preprocessing software, Avi-Pretreatment, the MT800H supports one-click filling, quick switching between single/multiple lasers, fill preview, detailed differentiation display, customizable fill parameters, differentiated parameter printing for different parts and variable layer thickness printing for parts.
Additionally, in terms of intelligent control, the MT800H comes standard with the proprietary equipment control software Avi-Control, which supports one-click printing, one-click gas flushing, one-click part removal, print parameter adjustment, intelligent diagnostics and real-time alarms. The entire printing process is intelligently controllable and traceable.
"We have already received numerous intent orders for the MT800H device and are accelerating mass production. We currently have the capability to deliver the equipment," said a staff member of the company's marketing department.
