Solidifying the digital foundation of smart cities

The first national artificial intelligence data training base has been completed and put into operation and the Beijing E-Town Artificial Intelligence Public Computing Power Platform has realized the deployment of 5,000P high-performance intelligent computing power, with a planned computing power scale exceeding 10,000P.

The country's first "Dual-Smart City" integrated application based on a city-level cloud control platform has been launched. Beijing E-Town has promoted the integration of smart cities and intelligent connected networks throughout the area, achieving "holistic perception, full aggregation, comprehensive control and intelligent warning" in the transportation sector.

The country's first government affairs large model service platform is online and operational. Beijing E-Town has created the "E-Town intelligence" Government Affairs Large Model Service Platform, serving as a new generation of intelligent data center and comprehensively supporting the digital transformation of various departments.

The first urban spatiotemporal intelligent joint innovation operation center in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has opened for service, providing comprehensive support for digital transformation and innovation in areas such as twin cities, smart parks and digital factories.

The country's first IPv6 city data optical network has been completed and put into operation.

Enriching data circulation

The country's first aerospace industry data space has been established and put into operation, creating a comprehensive and multi-dimensional aerospace data ecosystem to provide precise support for tasks such as rocket launches, satellite positioning and disaster response.

The country's first cultural data asset circulation platform based on the ChainMaker has been launched and is now operational. It has achieved orderly circulation of digital copyrights, digital cultural relics and digital rights. The transaction volume has exceeded 5 million yuan ($682,385).

Empowering urban governance

The country's first "E-Town smart eye" intelligent governance model based on a multimodal large model has begun operation. This model supports the precise detection of over 4,000 elements and 124 types of events, enabling round-the-clock active and passive inspections in the city for comprehensive monitoring and governance.

The city's first "three sides and three levels" smart elderly health monitoring scene has begun operating.

The city's first laboratory off-site supervision new model has been implemented in Beijing E-Town. A multimodal large model is being used for off-site supervision of hazardous chemicals and pathogenic microorganisms.
