The Xiaomi YU7 is expected to be released on the market by July this year.
The new model is a dual-motor four-wheel drive version, equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries. The peak power of the driving motor is 130kW/235kW, with a maximum speed of 240 km/h.
The production site of the new version is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town).
Xiaomi's automobile factory in E-Town, as an intelligent manufacturing park integrating research and development, production, sales, and experience, has created six major workshops specifically for new energy vehicles: stamping, die-casting, bodywork, painting, batteries, and final assembly. It has introduced over 700 robots to directly serve the production line, achieving 100 percent automation in key production processes. Once the production capacity is fully utilized, a brand-new Xiaomi SU7 will roll off the line every 76 seconds.
As one of the representatives of "E-Town intelligent manufacturing", Xiaomi automobile is injecting new vitality into the Chinese new energy vehicle market with its continuously expanding production capacity and outstanding performance.
