The new energy vehicle and intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) parts industrial park project located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town), has recently been completed and is set to be operational soon.
This project aims to further promote the high-end automobile and new energy ICV landscape in Beijing E-Town, helping to elevate the regional industrial development level with high-quality industrial space.
The park has a total land area of 17,500 square meters, planned to construct standardized factories, research and development centers, and supporting service facilities, aiming to create an innovative platform for the coordinated development of production, education, research, and application.
During the construction process, the park has utilized intelligent methods and adopted a three-dimensional interlacing construction method, scientifically interweaving multiple professional processes such as civil engineering, installation, and decoration, thereby shortening the construction period by 30 percent compared to similar projects. Adhering to the concept of green development, the park has employed environmentally friendly technologies such as rooftop photovoltaic power generation, smart microgrids, and sponge city design to enhance energy utilization efficiency, creating a modern industrial park with low-carbon and environmentally friendly features.
In the future, it will provide important support for the extension, supplementation, and strengthening of the automotive industry chain in Beijing E-Town, driving upstream and downstream enterprises to collaborate and innovate through high-quality spatial carriers, thereby helping to build a more competitive high-end automobile and new energy intelligent vehicle industry cluster.
