The seventh batch of the Beijing Foreign-Funded R&D Center certification list has recently been released, with 20 companies from the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) successfully making it onto the list.

As of now, the total number of certified foreign-funded R&D centers in Beijing E-Town has reached 109, accounting for nearly 40 percent of the total in the city.

The 20 enterprises that have been certified this time cover key industries such as biomedicine, automotive, and new-generation information technology. Their technological capabilities and innovation quality represent top-tier levels within their respective industries.

To support the construction of foreign-funded R&D centers, Beijing E-Town has established a comprehensive policy service system covering talent introduction, tax incentives, intellectual property protection, and other aspects. The relevant policy support has been continuously improved and optimized in terms of fund allocation, coverage, and execution efficiency.

In the future, Beijing E-Town will continue to optimize its business environment, improve service mechanisms, and provide full lifecycle services for foreign-funded R&D centers to support the construction of the area as the Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center.
