The robot-themed restaurant located in Beijing E-Town has recently updated its robotic musicians, enhancing diners' tech experience.
Since its opening on Aug 8, the robot-themed restaurant has seen a peak daily footfall exceeding 1,000 visitors. It has now entered regular operations, with an average daily attendance of 300 to 400 people.
In the robot band performance area of the restaurant, the cyberpunk-style robot band plays for the diners. The cool stage effects are drawing people to stop and capture the moment.
Looking around the entire restaurant, customers waiting for their meals aren't bored; instead, they're engaging interactively with various robots.
Some chats with humanoid robots, while many children laugh and chase around a tail-wagging dinosaur robot.
The robot stand-up comedy show also elicits waves of laughter, and robots like the carving robot and coffee-making robot also attract many participants.
"As a cutting-edge restaurant themed around intelligent robots, we create a fully immersive dining environment that combines 'culinary delights, culture, and technology'. Our aim is to establish a testing ground for robotic consumer experiences," said a spokesperson for the restaurant.
Going forward, the restaurant will integrate more robotic elements throughout the entire process—from welcoming and guiding guests to food preparation and entertainment experiences. Its goal is to continuously enhance public awareness of robotic applications, attract more companies to participate in testing and implementation, and drive mature products toward commercialization. This will contribute to establishing Beijing E-Town as a new hub for robot-themed cultural, tourism, and commercial consumption.
