The launch and signing ceremony for the co-construction plan of the world's first humanoid intelligent robots 4S store was recently held in Beijing E-Town. Over 30 high-quality robot companies from across the industry chain signed agreements to join on-site.

At the event, Beijing E-Town unveiled the future operation plan for the Robot Mall commercial complex: using the humanoid robot 4S store as a front-end engine to build a global showcase; utilizing various robotic commercial consumption formats such as the robot themed restaurant as experience platforms to attract more users; and providing standardized scenario solutions through a secondary development platform.

As a core component of the Robot Mall commercial complex, the humanoid intelligent robot 4S store innovatively integrates four key functions: sales, spare parts, after-sales service, and information feedback. It also extends into areas such as custom development, financial services, and leasing, creating a service system that covers the entire lifecycle of robots and establishing an integrated model of "scenario experience - instant sales - service delivery". Since its opening, the robot 4S store has reached an intended order amount of 63 million yuan ($8.85 million), indicating significant market potential.

With the launch of the co-construction plan, over 30 well-known robotics companies, including High Torque, JD Intelligent Robotics, Robot Era, Galaxea-AI, and others, signed cooperation agreements with the robot 4S store. These companies will form deep collaborations with the 4S store in areas such as sales, services, technology, and supply chain, further enriching the product matrix and service capabilities, and promoting the transition of robots from the laboratory to a wide range of industries.

Since the beginning of this year, Beijing E-Town has launched the Ten Thousand Robots Innovation Application Plan and initiated the Humanoid Intelligence Social Experiment Plan. It has also issued special policies like the "Ten Guidelines for Humanoid Intelligent Robots," forming a strong top-level support system. Meanwhile, events such as the world's first humanoid robot half marathon and the 2025 World Robot Conference have been held, providing a high-end platform for technology validation and industry exchange.
