The GT World Challenge Asia Cup's annual final event was held in the Tongming Lake area of Beijing E-Town from Oct 17 to 19. This marked the first time the GT World Challenge took place in Beijing, filling a decade-long gap in the city's top-tier motorsport events and enriching the city's event portfolio.

This event marks the first time the GT World Challenge Asia Cup hosted a street race. The most striking feature is the 4.9-kilometer street circuit designed by Apex Designs, which is also Beijing's first integrated lake-city racetrack.

The track starts at Kechuang 17th Street, passes through Jinghui West Road, Jinghui East Road, Kegu 1st Street, Kegu 2nd Street, and Tonghui Ganqu Road, ultimately forming a "figure-eight" route with nine turns.

Compared to the typical street circuit length of around four kilometers, this track is more challenging due to its multiple turns, enhancing competitiveness while cleverly utilizing the municipal road layout to avoid monotony. Additionally, the "integrated lake-city park" feature is quite rare in domestic street races.

As top-tier race cars speed by, the track instantly transforms into a "moving landscape," seamlessly blending speed with scenic beauty. Many industry insiders have dubbed it the "most beautiful urban track." With broadcasters' cameras worldwide capturing the event, the urban landscape of Beijing E-Town is showcased globally along the race trajectory, becoming a dynamic promotional video for cultural and tourism appeal.
