The 2025 HICOOL Global Entrepreneurs Summit Beijing E-Town Promotion Conference was recently held in Beijing. As one of the segments of the HICOOL salons, this promotional event showcased the innovative ecosystem, industrial policies, and talent service systems of Beijing E-Town, attracting significant attention from entrepreneurs and investment institutions both domestically and internationally.

At the promotion conference, Beijing E-Town highlighted the "20 Policies for Scientific and Technological Innovation" 2.0 version. This policy focuses on the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, centering around six major development plans and 14 key actions. It proposes 20 supportive measures aimed at strengthening policy coordination and resource provision.

In addition, the "Ten Talent Policies" 2.0+ system was also introduced on-site. This policy framework offers an efficient and convenient recognition model and precise, robust support for entrepreneurship, aiming to attract and nurture talent by providing tailored resources and assistance to help them thrive in their ventures.

The systematic policy framework and comprehensive service network left a strong impression on the HICOOL entrepreneurs and investors present at the event.

In the first three editions of the HICOOL Global Entrepreneurship Competition, a total of 16 companies from Beijing E-Town received awards. Additionally, 73 projects have been established in the area, making it one of the regions with the highest number of award-winning projects. During this year's competition, Beijing E-Town organized the HICOOL project landing accelerator camp, facilitating connections for over 30 award-winning projects, with more than 10 projects expressing a clear intention to establish themselves in the area.

Looking ahead, Beijing E-Town aims to further integrate into the global innovation and entrepreneurship network with a more open and pragmatic approach. The area will continue to refine its industrial policy framework and innovation ecosystem, aiming to stimulate the innovative potential of talent and unleash the development potential of various industries.
